Objectives: this study aims to explore the experiences of parents who have autistic children during circumcision. Methods: The method used in this study is a qualitative study with a phenomenological study design. This study was conducted on 10 parents who had boys with Autistic Spectrum Disorder using who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted from December 2022 to March 2023 with data collection techniques using face-to-face structured interviews method and then analyzed using a thematic analysis. Results: the results of this study group parents' experiences into three categories, such as 1) experience before circumcision, 2) experience during circumcision, and 3) experience after circumcision.
